Returns Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged
• Teamwear and custom orders are non-returnable

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@nugse.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 48 hours
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, follow the same process above and note your preferred replacement in your email.
